Summer Cocktails: Mezcal with Raspberry & Lime

Not overly sweet and very low calorie (about 100), this warm-weather drink is refreshing and extremely easy to make. All you have to do is open the bottles and pour over ice. No shaking, muddling, or straining needed. Sounds like a good summer activity to me. You?

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Zignum Mezcal
1 tablespoon Mandarine Napoleon
2 ounces Raspberry Lime sparkling water
Fresh raspberry and lime for garnish

  1. Hi! I'm sorry to post my request here but I coulnd't find another way to contact you. I was hoping you could help me, I went to a restaurant in the NYC called the Beagle and tried the best cocktail ever and I'm desperatly trying to find someone who would help recreate it:it was called the North Side Fix and it's made with Aquavit, cucumber, mint and lime juice and it was filled with little pieces of ice and cucumber! I know that I have all the ingredient but I have no idea how to make cocktail so I was hoping you could help!!! thanks and sorry to bother!

    1. Fiona- try calling the bar first during the non busy hours and I'm sure they'd be happy to tell you how it's made. My guess is that the cucumber, mint, and lime is muddled together, then mixed with the Aquavit and strained into a glass. Small pieces of mint and cucumber would still make their way into the glass. Hope that helps, and let us know what you find out!
