American Coffee Coco Cocktail

This Labor Day weekend when you're sitting around the campfire in the mountains or at the beach, or languishing at home over the thought of summer ending, drink a cup of spiked hot coco. Hot chocolate conjures up all sorts of happy feelings, so just wait until there's butterscotch in the mix.

Ingredients
1 packet Starbucks VIA Decaf Italian Roast
8 ounces boiling water
3 tablespoons hot coco powder
3 ounces butterscotch schnapps
Marshmallows

Directions Mix 8 ounces of boiling water with a packet of Starbucks VIA in a coffee mug. Add the coco powder and butterscotch schnapps, stirring well. Top witt marshmallows, whipped cream, or both and serve.
